Motorway Control Centre-Project Win
Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
Topped out and reaching new heights at our Scape Australia student accommodation project!
The Kapitol project team took our client and consultants on a tour of the site, ending on the rooftop where they enjoyed the city skyline overlooking Scape’s other student accommodation buildings.
Senior PM, Michael Buckthought kicked off the celebrations with an acknowledgement of country, then Kapitol’s Director David Caputo alongside Development Director of Scape Australia, Gary Eckersall addressed representatives from key consultants BayleyWard, Innovis, WRAP Consulting Engineering and Codus Building Surveyors
When complete, the Leicester Street Student Accommodation will boast 296 premium units, sophisticated communal amenities, landscaping and a range of environmentally sustainable design features helping to achieve a 5 Star Green Star As-Built rating.
With the finish line in sight we aim for completion towards the end of Q1 2024.
