High St Preston: Topping Out

We just celebrated topping out at our High St Preston project.

In partnership with Barings Real Estate and Aware Super, this 18-storey build-to-rent tower will be a landmark residential development in the heart of Preston.

It will feature 285 apartments and 7 townhouses, 1050 sqm of ground floor retail, a 3-level basement car park, and amazing amenities including a gym, spa and wellness facilities, private dining room, co-working area, pet-friendly facilities and a communal rooftop garden.

The tower will provide rental housing for key workers in essential industries such as aged care, health, education, emergency services, police, and childcare.

This groundbreaking project incorporates several key innovations, including lean construction elements like pre-fabricated stud framing, pre-packaged plaster, and pre-packed hydraulics, as well as the use of cross-laminated timber in the town houses.

It’s been an incredible achievement to reach this milestone, and we look forward to practical completion in Q1 2026.
