This 20-storey landmark, designed by Bates Smart, will feature 126 luxury residences with stunning views of the Melbourne skyline, Yarra River, and Dandenong Ranges. The project also includes a boutique commercial space and vibrant ground-floor retail.

With amenities like a dedicated concierge, wellness centre, and premium inclusions, 671 Chapel Street is set to redefine luxury living.

Our early involvement ensures seamless integration of design and delivery, with demolition complete and basement works underway.
