Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
As we near completion, we’re thrilled to update you on the vibrant journey of this thriving community. Driving sustainability in construction from adaptive re-use initiatives to premium office spaces, the transformation is remarkable. Building 4 steals the spotlight, offering a whopping 34,000m2 of scale, amenity, and quality. Businesses like New Balance HQ, SBM, Satara and Clik are already part of the mix, enjoying the natural light and green spaces provided.
