Motorway Control Centre-Project Win
Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
We’re delighted to announce the completion of Parkhill Apartments – a high rise residential development in Melbourne’s CBD for award winning property developers, Central Equity. Made up of 161 1 to 2 bedroom boutique apartments, Parkhill spans 24 levels, including a two-level basement car park, two commercial spaces, and a roof top terrace with recreational facilities for the building’s residents.
Kapitol’s Director, Andrew Deveson shared his thoughts on this project completion: “To get our final certificate is a big milestone. This project started during COVID and to be able to deliver the project to the high quality we have and under challenging conditions is something we’re really proud of. Central Equity has been a great client and it’s been a pleasure to work with one of the best developers in Melbourne.”
