Motorway Control Centre-Project Win
Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
We have recently completed Fortenum’s 161 Eastern Road Apartments in South Melbourne. This project was accomplished through collaboration with the multi-award-winning architects at KUD.
This stunning development features 31 luxury residences, offering a choice of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments spread across 10 levels. Each residence reflects a perfect blend of style and functionality, designed to meet the needs of modern living.
The project not only includes exquisite living spaces but also incorporates commercial office spaces and top-notch amenities. Residents and visitors are greeted by an elegant lobby on the ground floor, ensuring a warm welcome. Additionally, the 3-level basement provides ample car spaces, electric car charging provisions, and bike storage, promoting sustainable living and convenience.
