Precast Panels Factory Visit | High Street Preston BTR

Kapitol Graduate Alex Glavic has been given the responsibility of QA for our precast basement panels on our High Street Preston build-to-rent project.

Regular factory visits to Auscast forms an important part of the QA process so we can inspect the progress of the precast panels in collaboration with our client partner, Barings.

The visits also provide Kapitol and Barings the opportunity to ensure that quality assurance practices are being meticulously followed, with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) updated daily on Visibuild to maintain transparency and accountability during construction.

Importantly, regular pre-installation factory visits mean we’re able to sign off every panel one-by-one before they arrive on site.
