Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
PROJECT COMPLETION | Our site team at the NEXTDC M3 Stage 1 project recently celebrated project completion!
A massive thank you and congratulations to everyone who worked on and contributed to this exciting project.
Stage 1’s capacity is 15,986m2 GFA, four levels, 27MW and boasts 6 data halls, a back-of-house space with loading dock, roof plant including generators, cooling plant and switch rooms, office building, front of house and café. The facility is also completely fault-tolerant and champions safety, energy efficiency and sustainability best practices.
Kapitol are proud of our enduring partnership with NEXTDC, which includes projects at their other two Melbourne facilities; M1 in Port Melbourne, and M2 in Tullamarine. M3 Stage 1 is our largest project for NEXTDC to-date.
