Kapitol and Up Property are thrilled to be part of the Morris Moor project, driving sustainability in construction. Up’s commitment to adaptive reuse approach has saved over 19 million kilograms of embodied carbon, contributing to a greener future. With a recycling rate of 92.6%, well over our goal of 90%, and innovative waste management practices, we’re reducing our environmental footprint on-site.
