Motorway Control Centre-Project Win
Kapitol is proud to be delivering the Motorway Control Centre (MCC) as part of the North East Link – Victoria’s largest road infrastructure project.
Proud to say our team has ‘topped out’ at Pickett Street, successfully completing the structural phase of our first project for the assisted living sector; a multi-storey development in Dandenong, Victoria.
Consisting of two residential buildings, shared facilities and a residential rooftop, we worked closely with our partners, including Morris Goding Access Consulting, to ensure that this development will cater for people who require assisted living needs, including the delivery of requirements for those with functional impairments and demanding support needs – all while providing a modern, comfortable living environment for residents, carers and visitors.
Having now completed structural work, our team is now busily working on the next stages of this unique development, with completion expected in Q2 2023.
