Micropiling works are now underway at District Docklands, strengthening an existing operational building through carefully planned foundation works.

This state-of-the-art facility boasts 15 data halls and a rack capacity of 1,500. From our ECI appointment in 2022, we embraced modular construction, streamlining the process by prefabricating off-site and installing on-site, allowing us to deliver within just 10 months. With robust 37-tonne generators providing critical backup in case of power failure, this centre is built for resilience.
