Terrace House – Award for Sustainability and Commendation for Multi-Residential Architecture

Congratulations to Austin Maynard Architects for receiving an award for Sustainability and a commendation for Multi-Residential Architecture at the 2022 Victorian Architecture Awards for Terrace House in Brunswick.

We are thrilled to have been a part of this project which champions sustainability and design innovation 🌳.

Kapitol was selected to deliver Terrace House, a unique, ethical, and high-quality residential development, from Austin Maynard Architects, who are also the developers of these innovative living spaces. Featuring 20 highly sustainable terrace-inspired homes over seven stories, plus a communal laundry and rooftop garden, the Terrace House building features unique front and rear facades.
