Micropiling works are now underway at District Docklands, strengthening an existing operational building through carefully planned foundation works.
We are thrilled to announce our latest project win: the design and construction of 511-537 Sydney Road, Coburg. This thoughtfully designed mid-rise will feature more than 326 apartments with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, designed to foster vibrant community connections and neighbourly interactions.
Quality and sustainability are at the heart of this project, featuring a green spine for enhanced light, ventilation, and community. With extensive communal spaces, a bike workshop, 562 bicycle spaces, 156 car parks, a street-level café, laundry facilities, a rooftop BBQ area, and a landscaped courtyard, residents will enjoy both convenience and connection within a thoughtfully designed environment.
Utilising our in-house digital engineering expertise, we will implement BIM 360 modelling for clash-free design and efficient coordination, reducing on-site disruptions. By partnering with trusted prefabrication specialists, we aim to accelerate the build process while minimising waste, aligning with our sustainability goals.
