Initially engaged through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), our design interventions, coupled with close collaboration with our client NEXTDC, delivered significant enhancements and innovations to the project which reduced workforce hours on-site, resulting in improved cost and safety benefits.
Selected to design and construct as well as fit out the facility’s data halls, our project team understood the competitive operational imperative for NEXTDC to meet ambitious completion timelines – and we’re pleased to say we delivered on time.
The successful completion of the M3 Data Centre project has further expanded delivery capabilities for both NEXTDC and Kapitol, through a collaborative commitment to continuous improvement that delivers valuable knowledge and growth in the evolution of data centre construction.
