Water ingress defects remain a major concern in construction.

Reflecting on past experiences, we’ve acknowledged the high costs and time-consuming nature of resolving these problems. Taking proactive measures, we are trying to address this defect issue head on. Luke, our Operations Manager has dealt with these frustrations too many times, “they are avoidable issues just by simply getting the detailing right”.
