Out at NEXTDC M3, our project team and our client have been putting their innovation skills to the test, creating a new unique design for the pre-fab modules that house the chillers to keep the data halls cool. No easy feat given their enormous size and the high acoustic ratings they must comply with, due to M3’s location to neighbouring residents. Fabricated at Drac in Traralgon and factory-tested at D&E Air Conditioning in Rowville, all modules were deployed to site over the past fortnight.

None of this would be possible without the close collaboration between our project team and our local contractors Dracs and D&E. Such a great example of teamwork and commitment to ensuring the best quality and outcomes for our client and the local community.
