Kapitol Graduate Manages Stone Façade Project in CBD

As part of Kapitol Group’s graduate program, William Paynter was entrusted with managing the full delivery of the stone façade package for the Training and Wellness Centre project in the CBD.

From coordinating logistics onsite to flying overseas to check on stone procurement in Vietnam, Will gained hands-on experience with real responsibility. He learned how to better manage quality, risk, and schedule across an international supply chain.

With 80 unique stone panels, structural steel subframes, and high-risk works to coordinate, this was no small task. But it’s the kind of opportunity our graduates are empowered to take on early in their careers.
