Kapitol Embraces Digital Innovation: Paving the Way for Enhanced Efficiency and Safety

At Kapitol, we’re always exploring how digital innovation, robotics and ai can boost quality, safety, and efficiency.

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a special visitor at one of our data centre sites; 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗼𝗴, accompanied by his ‘handler’ Sphere Drones.

Spot, developed by Boston Dynamics, is incredibly adaptable and can navigate complex environments, climb stairs, and interact with people and objects.

During the visit, we saw firsthand how Spot could support our teams in various areas, including monitoring site progress, ensuring worker health and safety, comparing bim models, and creating digital twins.
