This is the inaugural run of the Inspire program, and our senior leaders are currently completing the first of three key modules, Leading Authentically. Over the coming months, participants will explore three critical areas of leadership:

By sharing vulnerable stories, our leaders challenge the stereotype that construction management is solely about hard work and deadlines. Instead, they learn that leadership is about empathy, collaboration, and fostering growth.
One of the most powerful elements of the Inspire program is self-reflection. Throughout Module 1, our leaders are encouraged to look inward and consider how their leadership impacts those around them. To support this process, each leader is given a reflection journal to record their thoughts after every session. This journal becomes a vital tool for tracking their leadership journey, allowing them to see how their perspectives evolve over time. The goal isn’t to add more skills—it’s about dialling back behaviours that may be limiting them and sharpening the strengths they already possess.
