Our Estimating team are the driving force behind our new business. Through collaboration, innovation, and foresight, they navigate the complexities of cost planning and value management for every project.

“There’s a bit of a thrill of the kill to estimating which makes it fun,” explains Estimating Manager Malcolm West. “It’s like turning up for a big game and trying to win.”

The function of an Estimating team in a construction company has changed a lot in the past few decades with longer gestation periods and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) becoming the norm, which provides our team an opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure the project is feasible.
