150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.
Last week our Senior Leadership Team got together for an intensive 2-day retreat to bed down our Big Hairy Audacious Goals (yes we are Jim Collins fans!), and the functional objectives we need to achieve to get there. An imperative of the two days was ensuring every goal aligns back to our vision of build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, and our values of supportive | authentic | inspirational | driven.
We’re really fortunate to have a diverse group of subject matter experts in our leadership team who are committed to growing our business in line with our vision and values.
