150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.

This year’s message for R U OK day is that you don’t need to be an expert to have an ‘R U OK?’ conversation. Listening and giving someone your time might be just what they need to help them through.
Later today, our team across all sites will have the privilege of hearing Beyond Blue volunteer, Nikky Swanson’s personal story and journey with mental health issues as well as discussing Beyond Blue’s support services.
“Getting to know your colleagues is a really powerful tool because it means you can recognise when someone’s behaviour changes and they’re not their usual selves.”, explains Alice Hanna, People and Culture Manager.
We all play a role in supporting the people around us and conversations like these create opportunities for people to open up and find the support they need.
