150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.
This week Kapitol held its inaugural Graduate Retreat, a three-day intensive (and fun) program where we brought together our graduates and cadets with our senior team.
The program featured a mix of both technical and interpersonal workshops. The retreat was also a great occasion for our grads to have direct access to our senior team to pick their brains and get their insights and feedback.
Our graduates and cadets are dispersed across multiple sites so the retreat was also an opportunity to build new relationships and share lessons learned.
