We are excited to open applications for our Graduate Program! We have multiple roles available for a July start to support our diverse pipeline of exciting new projects.
If you’re a passionate, curious, driven Construction Management or Project Management graduate, we’d love to hear from you.
Kapitol offers a comprehensive 2-year program, during which you will gain exposure across all facets of construction and participate in monthly technical and interpersonal skills training forums. You will work on site with our supportive project teams, delivering both new build and fit out projects across commercial, education, industrial and residential sectors.
