Elliot joined Kapitol as a Project Coordinator and within those 5 years has developed to become a notable leader with his ability to manage diverse stakeholder networks, and ensure that his projects succeed against all program, budget and quality deliverables.
Working on some of our biggest data centre projects to date, Elliot knows what it takes to create a thriving environment for his teams: “I think we try and create in our projects [a culture] where we’re really committed to delivery and high performance, and in creating that culture of setting clear expectations, making sure that people’s roles are really clear, and giving them opportunities to grow and expand”
