150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.
Earlier this week, we gathered our New Business, Estimating and Marketing teams for a Retreat. For two days, we immersed ourselves in cross-departmental collaboration. Unlocking the power of storytelling thanks to PiqueGlobal, to enhance our work and client communications.
The Retreat highlighted the importance of organic interactions outside the work environment. Strengthening our personal relationships will undoubtedly fuel future collaborations and foster a more cohesive team.
We explored the transformative potential of AI, envisioning a future where automation frees us from manual tasks, allowing us to focus on innovation and growth. Engaging in open dialogues with our directors and senior leadership, we addressed critical issues that reinforced our shared vision and commitment to progress. We’re excited to see the developments and innovations that will spring from this retreat.
