Kapitol is honoured to share that two of our projects have been named finalists in The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence 2025.
Our Scape Living Student Accommodation project at 130 Leicester Street, Melbourne, has been shortlisted in two categories: Development of the Year – Build-to-Rent and PBSA, and Excellence in Sustainability.
Purpose-built for student living, this project showcases a high-performance, energy-efficient design and an outstanding urban outcome for inner-city accommodation. Read our case study to learn more.
Maison Bâtard, our striking transformation of a historic CBD terrace into a contemporary French restaurant and bar, has also been recognised as a finalist for Development of the Year – Urban Regeneration category.
It’s a project that celebrates the balance between preserving character and bringing new life to existing spaces.
