Inspiring more females to consider a career in construction

At Kapitol, we’re passionate about inspiring more females to consider a career in construction. This year we’re rolling out a new initiative to connect with female cohorts from local high schools to talk about why construction is so great.

Today we were fortunate to be invited to Braemar College Woodend to speak with their Year 8-12 students on the topic ‘Role Pathways for Women in Construction’.
