Happy International Women’s Day! Kapitol were proud to be the event partner at this morning’s Women in Design and Construction IWD breakfast.
The theme for this year’s IWD is ‘breaking the bias’ and the team at WIDAC put together a great panel to unpack the topic, featuring our own People & Culture Manager Alice Hanna.
As a construction company, Kapitol acknowledges that our industry still has a long way to go to remove both conscious and unconscious bias against women working in construction. However, days like IWD are a great opportunity to remind everyone that great talent and great leadership doesn’t come with a gender tag.
