150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.

Together Up Property and Kapitol are forging ahead towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future!
Environmental Minister Lily D’Ambrosio and Member for Bentleigh, Nick Staikos MP were welcomed to Morris Moor and visit the eco-conscious project we are currently working on.
Swipe through to follow the Minister on a tour of our Stage 4 building, showcasing the refurbished 70-year-old factory that is being repurposed with leading ESG initiatives to reduce operational carbon.
Fundamental to our collective drive to a greener future and Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) initiatives, along with solar panels being installed, another new addition to Morris Moor are EV chargers. As part of the Destination Charging Across Victoria (DCAV) project, Minister D’Ambrosio demonstrated one of the 7 fully operational EV chargers at Morris Moor.
