Kapitol Trade Partner Recognition Program Launch
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Trade Partner Recognition Program, a new initiative designed to honour the exceptional contributions of our valued Trade Partners.
During this year’s inclusion week we ran a number of activities, aimed at promoting the tapestry of diversity that makes up our workplace. We spent the week embracing the power of inclusion and understanding by sharing through our internal comms channel — our unique stories, cultures, experiences, and recommending resources to help our colleagues gain a new understanding of areas of diversity and inclusion important to each of us.
The week was capped off with a diversity Potluck Lunch — a global feast in which we encouraged the team to bring in a dish from their culture or your favorite “around the world” delight.
