
150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.

Last week’s mid-year event was a fantastic opportunity to recognise the achievements of our team with a series of staff awards. Our staff were asked to nominate team members who they think live and breath our core values and behaviours and contribute to making Kapitol a great place to work – we were overwhelmed by the response with over 100 nominations!
We take immense pride in having such an outstanding workforce who not only embrace our values but also exemplify them in their work and interactions.
