150 Kapitol Staff Give Back: 290 Hours Supporting Melbourne Community
When we say our vision is to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life, we mean it extends beyond our project sites.
We are thrilled to announce that over the weekend Kapitol won the Courageous Organisation award at the annual Outstanding Leadership Awards, presented by Leadership HQ.
These national awards recognise companies who lead authentically with their values everyday, something we’re continuously striving to do.
The Courageous Organisation award specifically recognised our two most impactful workplace initiatives to-date; our ’10 in 14′ program and 5-day work week, and our continuous learning improvement process (CLIP) which includes the company-wide sharing of mistakes and lessons learnt.
In order to make any workplace initiative ‘sticky’, the entire workforce needs to be committed to the cause, not just leaders. This award is an amazing recognition of our talented, hardworking team. We couldn’t be prouder.
