About District Living
District Living is one of Australia’s largest build-to-rent residential community, designed to redefine urban living. Situated at 24 Little Docklands Drive within Melbourne’s vibrant Docklands precinct, the development sits just minutes from the central business district and alongside the waterfront. The area, with its city views and proximity to the Yarra River, is home to a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, complemented by high-quality public spaces, pedestrian-friendly promenades, and a wide range of lifestyle amenities. Residents enjoy convenient access to retail, dining, waterfront parks, and excellent public transport.
Upon completion, this project will deliver over nine hundred apartments across two stages, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including select dual-level Soho-style residences. The development provides a range of shared spaces and amenities, including a wellness centre with gym, plunge pool, sauna and steam room. Furthermore, Kapitol will also deliver other amenities such as outdoor areas, pet-friendly zones, and a vibrant ground-floor retail area. With a strong focus on community, and lifestyle, District Living sets a new benchmark for rental living in Melbourne.
